Rachel showed up locked and loaded to show me the house I requested a showing of. She brought me a folder with all the details to house in it for me to keep. I told her this was my first time buying a home, so she walked me through the entire process. She was professional and kind and told me what she thought was fair for the house. The entire deal was made with me being in another state after seeing the house. Everyday Rachel texted an update through the whole process. Rachel made me feel like she was MY agent and on my side. Which is what I think everyone wants out of an agent, especially when it's their first home. She had the keys in a lock box waiting for us to arrive on the closing day. I thought that would be the last I spoke to Rachel after the closing, but I was wrong! She has continued to follow up with me to make sure we are doing good after moving in. Even checked in on us after we went through back-to-back hurricanes. If you are lucky enough to get Rachel Mysliborski as an agent, you'll know right away you're in great hands.

I contacted Shonda thru Zillow when the realtor I was using could not accommodate my schedule(I was an out of town/no on site buyer). She hopped on the listings and showed my 9 houses in a weekend. Then kept in touch with me when the first house did not work out(seller issue)--showed me 6 more houses and then did a few repeat showings and found me a house. She gave me the local info, treated me as a friend and offered to help with things as needed. Even offered help or guidance thru a recent hurricane. She is honest and kind. I found her to be compassionate as well. Very professional in her communication. I was glad I happened to find her and would recommend her to anyone.

One thing I can tell you about Russell Barber as he is very knowledgeable in what he does he must have looked and reviewed over a dozen homes for us because we were buying out of state and counting on his knowledge and expertise to find us the right home in Florida. He went out of his way to video every single home on our list until he found us the right one you couldn't ask for a better realtor than Russell Barber we are very happy with our experience with him.
