Susan was so wonderful and easy to work with. She made herself available to us for an entire day as our time in Marco was limited. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the island as well as the ins and outs of what to think about when buying on an island. She helped us navigate insurance/tax/hoa questions and really went to bat for us as clients. Jon addresses the things most important. Like taking your call or calling back in a short while. I was out of State during the closing period. Jon helped me immensely with some minor repairs. He had people to help out a a reasonable cost. Also, when I vacated, I forgot to return my Cable box. Jon went back and got it and took it to Comcast and returned it for me! I recommend Jon highly.
