Susan and paul her associate are two of the best most helpful and caring people i have ever worked with. Any questions and/or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. No followup on our part was necessary ,as Susan was all over it. We have worked with Susan over 20 years and have bought and sold multiple properties from her. A happy set of repeat customers !

Susan was so wonderful and easy to work with. She made herself available to us for an entire day as our time in Marco was limited. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the island as well as the ins and outs of what to think about when buying on an island. She helped us navigate insurance/tax/hoa questions and really went to bat for us as clients. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and have since referred our good friends who completed a sale with her as well. Thank you Susan!

She did an amazing job going out of her way showing homes, and even after we closed helping us with any issues we faced. Susan was fast at responding back and has done an amazing job for us as well as my other family members when they were looking for a home. Would recommend to others!

Jon and Suzan are fabulous! Extremely knowledgeable about the market, as well all related areas e.g. process of issue resolution, bringing parties together, finding contractors for repairs, and closing the sale. They are totally straight-forward, honest and trustworthy in all matters. We trust them implicitly with everything. Also have great relationship with Marco realtors, which really helps the process. They trust Jon as we do. We have worked with Jon since buying our first house on Marco in 2004 and has managed our home watch the whole time--we never hesitated for a second to to engage Jon and Suzan on the listing and purchase this year. Great to work with and we enjoy them very much. Cant recommend them highly enough--they are the best

We were looking to purchase a vacation property on Marco Island and tapped into Jon’s expertise to better understand the income potential if we moved forward. His knowledge of the area and specific building policies helped us to make an informed decision on our investment. He negotiated a fair offer for us and the sellers and the sales process was completed without any complications. We will definitely use Jon for any future real estate transactions and highly recommend him to others.
