We actually used Frank & Carol twice for buying a home. We were transferred to the Tampa Bay Area from Atlanta many moons ago. Carol & Frank were very patient w/us as we tried to navigate the area & find a home that we could enjoy as well as have a manageable commute to work. We then went on to build a home in which we chose Carol & Frank again to represent us as buyers-as it was such an enjoyable experience the 1st time! Some may feel that they may not need a real estate agent when building a home to represent them. Some may be told by a builder that their own builder's agent can represent them & save on fees. But the builder's agent really has the builders interest at heart-not the buyers. Carol & Frank were invaluable in representing us as we ran into a few issues even building a new home. We were very glad that we had them to assist us thru the process! They were very knowledgeable & skilled in the real estate market & we benefited greatly from their many years of experience. We would highly recommend them to others as caring, attentive & professional agents! We actually became friends thru the process & enjoy getting together thru-out the years!
