Tami is very knowledgeable about real estate. She was able to connect me to many people during our process. She helped me find someone to inspect the septic, check for termites as well as a home inspector. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients have everything they need during the home buying process. She was able to answer all my questions. We were relocating quick for a new job with Amazon. We vetted several agents and Frank stood out from all the rest. He arrived prepared with a full review of the market and his analysis was spot on. He took the time to explain everything to us and brought in a great photographer that made our home look amazing (with a 3D tour). We sold our house in Fishhawk Ranch in 1 day! Frank was extremely helpful through the negotiation process and the closing. We trusted him so much, I asked for his advice on the purchase of our new home of state (again his advice was spot on and saved me over 25k). I can’t say enough good things about Frank and Carol. My husband and I relocated to Florida with my company. We worked with Frank as our relocation agent - we met with Frank several times to view homes - very professional. Frank knew exactly what we wanted in a home - we found a house that we loved that went on the market. We requested Frank go to the home and view as we were still in Missouri and had already made several trips down to view homes. Frank went to the home and called us said this is the one - we went by Frank's word as he knew exactly what we wanted. We put a contract on the home, bought the home and then took possession without coming down to see it - first time we walked in the home we owned it. That is the trust we had in Frank - the house is absolutely amazing - everything we ever wanted. Frank is amazing to work with - we are forever thankful that he jumped and got our dream home for us!
