We were out of state buyers and had to rely on Frank to pre-view properties for us. On our trip to Tampa all properties we liked were either under contract or busy negotiating! We kept looking online and properties Frank send us. We found a property and Frank pre- viewed it and did the comps so we could put in an offer . The offer was excepted, he was there for the home inspection. He knows his numbers($) appraisal came in with $2000 difference .We can highly recommend his service . He is timely makes an effort with everything you need or request. In this market you need an agent that reacts fast, and that we got from Frank. Our first reaction when we saw the house, we loved it!
