My condo needed some minor repairs - she engaged and supervised an electrician, a plumber, a handyman to do the needed maintenance, arranged for the disposal of my worn-out furniture, hired and chose furniture from a "staging" company, and brought in a professional photographer to take photos for the listing. Through the entire selling period - I only visited my condo once - merely to drop-off extra keys for the new owners.
