Ramon and business partner Kathleen are truly fantastic. Before selling, I spent the time to interview several agents. After I selected them, they came to see the property. They had driven the area, looked at the other properties near me and had done their homework. On my requests I asked for their input on how to get the property ready. Did they ever have some inputs. Luckily. I had to have a pen and paper. They noted the little things. I still have the Home Depot paint code Ramon sent me. Kathleen answering my calls, even on the weekend. They put together a marketing plan with a drone video. They did an incredible amount gathering and reviewing all the documents for a deal that was a little more complicated than most. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended him to two of my good friends.
