From our initial call, Ramon and Kathleen were on top of everything. Starting with the first meeting, which was scheduled on a weekend evening to accommodate our crazy schedules, they gave us an excellent market review and listened to our sales goals.
With their immediate scheduling of professional photography and the making of social network marketing materials, no time was wasted in getting our house on the market. Their wide network had the house showing on the first day. Their strong knowledge of Hollywood and the lakes allowed them to highlight the many intrinsic benefits of the location, helping the right family to choose a great house.
Beyond their sales support, they were always available to communicate with us and were great at providing activity updates.
Due to their understanding of the market and the location, they understood that the standard "price per square foot" was not applicable to this house and were able to defend it during the selling process. The house was surrounded by many "for sale signs," but their marketing brought in the right people and quickly got us the price we hoped for. They were there throughout the negotiation process and helped ensure we followed through on all the paperwork required, answering questions as they came up.
Overall, I cannot recommend this team enough. Beyond Ramon and Kathleen's professionalism, I think it would be difficult to find someone better; they were just great people to work with, and we can not recommend them enough.
