Buying our first home was a long and stressful process, as it usually is for most first time home buyers, but Cindy and her team were always by our side and never gave up on their job of finding us our perfect home. THE KEYSER’S ENDORSEMENT OF SID KOSLOVSKY Sid Koslovsky has been our real estate agent since 1997 when we needed space for The Church At Aventura and Sid arranged for us to rent some space from Austin Frye 20900 West Dixie Highway. After 10 years of operating in that space Dade County Zoning declared that we could not have a ‘church’ in that space even though we had a Dade County Certificate of Occupancy. We relocated and after another 10 years of operations the owner of the building we were renting sold the building and we were looking for space again. In 2012 I called Sid Koslovsky requesting his help in finding space again! Within 24 hours we had a lease for the new location. When you have established a relationship with Sid Koslovsky it is not a short-term proposition! Fast forward to 2019: The FDOT notified us they were taking our property for the expansion of I-95. We would have to relocate. There was only one phone call to make; Sid Koslovsky. We met and discussed the situation. Sid began to work with us. Notice I said with us not for us. After looking at approximately 30 houses on Sid’s listings and over 120 on the inter-net we found 5 or 6 houses that appeared suitable for our particular needs. That points out how sincerely concerned Sid is about meeting the particular needs of his client rather than making a quick sale to get it over with. After many months of ‘trying experiences’ we found one we could live with. Sid showed his special ability to negotiate a buying price we could also live with.
