Our house was listed for sale on Oct. 21st. A contract was signed on Oct. 26 and the house was closed on Nov. 24th. The whole process takes about one month! And it is NOT a cash offer. Sid did a professional job in selling my home. I signed the brokerage agreement with Sid on August 14, 2020. 2 weeks later he showed the home to a number of people and on August 31, 2020 had a signed contract and on October 6, 2020 closed on the home. It was super fast and painless especially in this period of Covid.
