As first time home buyers, Hilary made the process as easy and transparent for me and my husband. She was patient with our needs and demands and diligently worked with us for 2 years until we finally decided that we were ready to commit in buying a house. After finally deciding on making an offer on a brand new construction, Hilary's impeccable negotiation skills was able to get us the house of our choice for $25,000 less than the asking price. She made sure that all of our requirements on the house, while being built, are being met. She is also knowledgeable in construction and was able to correct building-related issues prior to the closing. She has meticulous eyes for perfection and will not stop until everything that the buyer wants is up to the buyer's expectations. She is direct with the builders, and always had our best interests in mind. I am also amazed at how accessible she is for her buyers. In the 2 years that we worked with her, she never missed a single meeting either with us or with us and the builder. She also responds to phone calls and emails in a prompt manner.
