I liked the fact that she thoroughly reviewed the numbers with me regarding how to price the property. It is difficult to keep emotions out of the process, but she was very level headed and listened to any of my concerns. I was nervous about the negotiations as house sold so fast, but just trusted her and she was great! Very responsive and great communication .

Crystal is extremely professional. She knows the Chicago metropolitan area very well, knows each neighborhood intimately, and has a very good sense of the real state market overall. During our visits to different properties, she would even share her knowledge about construction materials and building quality, which helped me make more informed decisions. We hit several roadblocks during the process (unrelated to her work), but she was unfailingly affable and professional. She also has great personal skills, which helped a lot when dealing with other agents and property owners. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
