Deanna did a great job in marketing and selling our home in Bridgeport, which was a new area for her and she quickly came up to speed on the market dynamics in neighborhood. She was very thoughtful in her approach to determine listing price and managed our expectations well throughout the entire process. She advised on current trends and features that buyers would be willing to pay for and put forth a couple of creative ideas on preparing our house for sale. We sold our investment property in Chicago and live in Ohio. Lora took care of everything. She made our current tenants feel comfortable and organized viewings in a way that was least disruptive for them. She was great at communicating with us every step of the way and she never pushed us to do something out of our comfort zone. She helped us organize last minute work required after the inspection and even arranged to get some things hauled away. Caroline came highly recommended so I gave her a call. I was interested in selling my property in the city and then purchasing a home but it would not be in the city. Upon meeting Caroline I knew she was the realtor for me. I explained how far out I was looking in the suburbs and she was completely ok with the distance she would have to travel to show me properties. Since I was looking for something very particular (a unicorn so to speak) I knew this would take many trips to look at homes. Caroline would set them up and went as many times as was necessary.
