Caroline came highly recommended so I gave her a call. I was interested in selling my property in the city and then purchasing a home but it would not be in the city. Upon meeting Caroline I knew she was the realtor for me. I explained how far out I was looking in the suburbs and she was completely ok with the distance she would have to travel to show me properties. Since I was looking for something very particular (a unicorn so to speak) I knew this would take many trips to look at homes. Caroline would set them up and went as many times as was necessary. Her communication was excellent and she was constantly in contact with me. I can be a demanding client and she handled everything with eloquence and grace. Her demeanor was calming and reassuring when I felt that what I was searching for was not out there. When it came to the sale of my home and with COVID active she made sure that all potential buyers had masks, gloves, booties and all health disclosures were filled out. I sold my home the first week-end and found my unicorn thanks to Caroline and her vigilance to her client. She came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for that perfect realtor.
