Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable with the decision and that I aware of my options. I would recommend Mrs. Hicks to anyone looking to purchase their home

My experience with Shareen Hicks as my realtor was surpurb. Her warm and caring interaction, knowledge, confidence, professionalism was outstanding. When you buy a Mercedes, Bentley, Rose Royce, etc, you receive royal service. Ms Wilson of RealtyPlus (RP) was Shareen 's overseer. She periodically checked in with me to assure all is well. Expert Negotiator, Trusted Guide

Frank provided timely and accurate information on every home we requested and worked around our schedule to ensure we could view the ones left on the list. He even provided virtual tours. He negotiated on our behalf multiple times and consistently advocated for our best interests. By the time we closed, the home was delivered in even better condition than when we first saw it. True Southern service with a touch of Petty Coat Junction hospitality—highly recommended!
