Oh my gosh...so, I first tried to sell my house myself only to find that the buyer did not get financed in the 11th hour, yet I was already packed up, had movers coming in a week, and had no choice but to proceed with my move to Canada. I had to find a realtor fast to sell my now vacant home, facilitate repairs noted upon move out, and oversee my most valuable asset while I was out of country; my neighbor thankfully recommended Lori.
