Alana helped us identify what items needed to be addressed prior to us putting the 9.5 year home on the market. she was instrumental in giving us the guidance in order to stage the home appropriately. Jennifer was referred to us by a friend. Once we met with Jennifer, and she knew our criteria, she took off with both feet! We felt that Jennifer has gone above and beyond what was expected of her. She looked for the perfect house to match our criteria, was very patient while she showed us many condo's and homes, she even did a FaceTime video for us when a property came on the market and we weren't available to walk through it. She answered all of our questions regarding the closing and paperwork and if she didn't know the answer, she would contact someone that would. She still has our best interests at hand even though we are now moved in to our new home.

In my view Lisa is the yardstick for a realtor. We first met her 8 years ago when we moved to Florida. Relocating is difficult, but she worked hard then to understand our needs and wants and we were very happy with the result. That experience taught us that Lisa is a patient, personable, calming, networked, highly knowledgeable and dedicated professional. But perhaps most importantly she cared about us. When we decided to move again we only considered Lisa because of these attributes. Selling our home this time had several challenges, and Lisa worked late into several evenings to resolve the issues that invariably arise between buyers, sellers, banks, inspectors, and appraisers. Ultimately we closed when we wanted to close and we got top dollar. Our property was on the market a total of 4 days! Having just moved, I'm inclined to say I'll never move again. But if I ever do, I'll be calling Lisa.
