In my view Lisa is the yardstick for a realtor. We first met her 8 years ago when we moved to Florida. Relocating is difficult, but she worked hard then to understand our needs and wants and we were very happy with the result. That experience taught us that Lisa is a patient, personable, calming, networked, highly knowledgeable and dedicated professional. But perhaps most importantly she cared about us. When we decided to move again we only considered Lisa because of these attributes. Selling our home this time had several challenges, and Lisa worked late into several evenings to resolve the issues that invariably arise between buyers, sellers, banks, inspectors, and appraisers. Ultimately we closed when we wanted to close and we got top dollar. Our property was on the market a total of 4 days! Having just moved, I'm inclined to say I'll never move again.
