Laura was given my name by someone that I had contact with in Florida. I was in Colorado and planned to move to Florida. She was to be my eyes, ears and inspector while looking for a home. I had correspondence with Laura for at least 3 months while getting my personal things in order to make this move. I flew to Florida in October and had just a couple of days to find a potential home. Because of the crazy "market" I was not able to "pick" the neighborhood nor home of my choice. I did settle in a community that I am sure won't be permanent. Laura kept in touch with me the entire process and helped the transition easier than I had expected. The one surprise that I was not happy about was the undisclosed fee of a $300.00 during the closing, from her Realtor co., on top of the 6% commission fee. My wife and I have known Andrea semi-socially for six years. Once we decided to test the market and offer our house for sale, we contacted her as she was familiar with our area (Arlington Park). Andrea first visited to discuss the market trends and to analyze our house. She brought a 3-ring binder with her on this first visit that contained information on our house relative to current market trends and how we compared to such items as price-per-square-foot. After analyzing our home, she provided professional opinions about our house based upon her experience and her knowledge of the current market. She set realistic expectations of what we would encounter during the selling process and at what price level we should expect to sell. This allowed us to review our expectations, merge hers with ours, and determine if we should move forward. We did move forward, and we sold, and our combined expectations were obviously met with success!

Lisa is classy, knowledgeable, warm/friendly, available and on top of all the details. She was a delight to work with, and honestly I felt like I had a new friend at the end. Everything went so smoothly - it couldn't have been a better experience. She went out of her way to help me sell my father's house while I lived out of state which included running over to the house to measure furniture, meeting locals interested in purchasing furniture and even advising me, in the wee hours nonetheless, on sale of another home in a different state.
