Andrea first visited to discuss the market trends and to analyze our house. She brought a 3-ring binder with her on this first visit that contained information on our house relative to current market trends and how we compared to such items as price-per-square-foot. After analyzing our home, she provided professional opinions about our house based upon her experience and her knowledge of the current market. She set realistic expectations of what we would encounter during the selling process and at what price level we should expect to sell. This allowed us to review our expectations, merge hers with ours, and determine if we should move forward. We did move forward, and we sold, and our combined expectations were obviously met with success!
