knowledgeable, available, trustworthy, personable

After interviewing several other area Realtors, we met with Parker and knew he was the right choice. He provided full service, professional photography, drone pics, open houses, market on all of the major websites and a menu of fees to fit our needs to professionally market our home. We had our home priced on the high end of comps and sold it with in a few hours the first day it went live on the MLS. It was a full price, all cash offer. It really helped having our home staged properly and decluttered. He was always there for us. We highly recommend Parker and would use him again.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent!

I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Marj and her partner, Parker Wheeldon, made absolute sure my listing was professionally and widely advertised through the state-of-the-art photography, videography, and effective and relative publication outlets. Either Marj or Parker was personally present at every single showing, inspection, or relative visit. The contract negotiations were professionally completed in a manner that was beneficial to me, and also to the buyer. Marj and Parker went above and beyond my expectations and did more than their share of the work to make this a successful sale. Even though Marj had many other clients she was dealing with at the same time, every contact I had with either her or Parker made me feel as if I was her only, valued, client. Both Marj and Parker offered valuable advice and suggestions, while allowing me to offer my own ideas and be the decision maker. I highly recommend Marj's team for your real estate needs.
