As a first-time homebuyer I was nervous about the process, but Ronda answered every single one of my questions and made the experience a smooth one from beginning to end. Together, we found a home that matched the most critical things I was looking for -- price point; size and condition of the home; short distance from major highways; proximity to shopping. She is incredibly personable, patient, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, and she really listened as I described the home, location, and environment I was looking for. Ronda provided referrals for me to research and hire other members of the team (i.e. loan officer; inspector; attorney), and she maintained excellent communication with them and me. It may sound unusual to say this, but I felt like I received the same courtesy and treatment she would show her friends or family.
