Rob has awesome communication - he’s straightforward and will get you the answers you seek if he doesn’t know it right then and there. Negotiation skills are on point and he’ll get you what he thinks is best. My husband and I trust Rob and his professionalism is top tier as prior to making him our realtor - he had been our private landlord for 4 years. We cannot thank Rob enough for all he’s done. To add, his Market knowledge is great; he see’s what’s best for you and your family and goes above and beyond. He’ll work with you and your budget and will make it happen - he’ll fight for you.

A five star realtor

I sold my condo with Robert. He knew the market and knew the area. We easily agreed to a strategy. From then on, Robert made it very easy. I decided to be hands-off and he took care of everything. We did some suggested improvements and this is where his knowledge and skill set was invaluable. He got the bids, oversaw the work, verified the jobs were done, and kept me informed. Working with him on offers was just as easy. We discussed negotiation strategies and it was stress free. Finally, Robert handled inspections, repairs, and closing details. All I had to do was show up. I was thrilled with my choice of realtor.

Very Professional and communicates very well.

Robert is a top tier realtor. If I could give a 10 Star review, I would. He is knowledgeable about the trade and extremely friendly. The entire process he was constantly communicating with us. He made sure we knew what was happening every step. He knows how to find the right home based off your household needs. He goes above and beyond to double check every box when it comes to closing. He is a Veteran himself, so he is familiar with dealing with VA Home Loan requirements. He made everything so easy and the home is everything we desired! We are so absolutely pleased and cannot thank Robert enough for all his hard work!
