Cherie was amazing to work with from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable about the buying process. This was our first home purchase and she helped to walk us through all the details. Cherie always had our best interest in mind and was always available to answer our questions or show us homes. She is very knowledgeable about the Nashville area and Bellevue specifically. I was very leery when I hit the button on the app that said have a realtor contact me. But Cherie was the one who answered and we will forever be grateful! nWe were in town and thought about looking at a place for our daughter who goes to college in Nashville and for ourselves for when we make frequent trips to town. In just 5 minutes of requesting a random showing, a random realtor called me back. This was Cherie and she was FANTASTIC! Her friendliness, knowledge of the area and obvious interest in truly helping us made her the realtor we chose. We left with an idea of what we were looking for and Cherie continued the communication through email with our daughter who was in Nashville as well as those of us in Ohio. We went back and in two days, she showed us another 30 properties when it worked for us and despite the winning location was the first one we had seen, Cherie and within 30 days, she pulled off the closing! And this was while working with out-of-town lenders (who didn't really understand the TN market!) In any event - she is amazing and if we ever buy again - Cherie will be our realtor of choice!
