Tina has incredible insight on best approach to list our home. She clearly explained the current market and how we could move to a rapid closing. Our home was on the market 1 week and we had several offers. We appreciated the professionalism and ideal advertising plan that was implemented for our sale. She was easy to reach for any questions and made this huge transition a breeze. She's top in her field, highly recommend!

we had many unforseen setbacks along the way, but makram never gave up. the tougher it got the harder he dug in, till finally closing day arrived. if you want an agent who is truly in your corner makram is your man.

Diana is absolutely amazing, she sold my home in less than 24 hours and got me an awesome deal and worked very hard on the purchase of my new home. She’s extremely knowledgeable and great negotiator! I got great deals on the sell and the purchase of my home even though it’s a sellers market. I would highly recommend her to all sellers and buyers. Thank you Diana, you are the BEST!

Ms Banzon was extremely professional and able to go give me clarity and understanding with each step of the selling process. As with anything the unexpected occurred however, she was able to quickly find resolutions and the process went forward. Needless to say I am very pleased with the outcome and credit Deborah’s knowledge and experience with me achieving MY desired outcome. I highly recommend Ms Banzon and her associates.

This is our third time using Tina Perry for our real estate needs, she is a great friend and a very dependable agent, going above and beyond expectations!

Elizabeth did a great job selling my house! She got me way more money for it than I expected in the beginning of this process! She’s very direct and professional and knows what needs to be done to sell fast. She went out of her way and drove hours to help me out. I could not be happier!

Diana Baqaie is very unethical and unprofessional. First thing when you work with Diana is that she will try to convince you to work with her lender, then she will go ahead and solicit and obtain information from that lender without authorization. She clearly does not act on the best interest of her clients: she wants to make money fast, so she will pressure you to jump from one lender to the other to make sure her deals go through. Be careful she even reaches out to lenders/mortgage companies to tell them wrongful information about us. She lied to us that our mortgage application was denied, causing us to lose this wonderful property that we have put an offer for, when in reality, the application was still in process. There are so many real estate agents out there, I advise you to please stay away from Diana.
