Elizabeth was awesome with helping us sell our home. She is super friendly and always answered my questions no matter how late I would text her. She was very knowledgeable about the market and was great about checking comparable properties (both on the market and ones that had recently been sold) to see what would be a good amount to sell our condo for. She went above and beyond when it came to staging our house and she was super passionate about having good photos to post online. Elizabeth was also very personable, present, and honest. She always took my input into consideration when negotiating deals with the current buyer due to unexpected HOA complications. She was very straightforward and always offered genuine advice. She kept us updated in every step of the process.
