Liz Rogers is a top notch agent, I consider her to be the best of the best. I interviewed agents from three other companies but Liz stood out. She also came highly recommended by a neighbor who had a great experience selling her home. Liz is very experienced, a strong negotiator, efficient, organized, friendly and stays on top of everything every step of the way. I felt extremely comfortable placing the sale of my home in her hands. She knows how to market a house to get a lot of viewings and how to negotiate for the best sale price. I received numerous offers on my house in less than 24 hrs and the offer I accepted was over the asking price. There were some things I needed to fix in the house and Liz provided me with the names of several handymen that could assist me. If there was something I needed she always offered ideas so I didn't feel I was doing this alone.
