I was dragging my feet about selling my home and unsure of where to begin. After meeting with a number Selling Agents, I decided to give Liz Rogers a try based on personal references. I am so glad I did!! Liz came in with a game plan and stuck to it. My house was on the market in a week, and we had multiple acceptable offers within 2 days of hitting the market. She was there for me 24/7 to talk me off the ledge (when needed) and followed through on every commitment. Liz did all of the prep work to include an amazing walk-through video that gave buyers a first-hand look at our property. Additionally, I was scheduled for surgery which would lay me up for 6 weeks and Liz negotiated a plan with the buyer that would allow me to stay in our home until able to pack out and move (2 months). I would HIGHLY recommend Liz to anyone selling a home in the Northern Virginia area. Her personality, knowledge, professionalism and commitment to her clients are top notch. Liz Found the home I have wanted. She took a video since I was out of state and she knew it would not be on the market long. She was always accessible and answered my thousand questions. She has excellent design ability and real estate knowledge. I don’t think I could’ve purchased without her help.

I think you can determine by my comments that we were very happy with the way Liz handled us for almost 3 years until she was paid (due to me looking for a deal). Not once did she make us feel like we were a problem. Patient as can be, and it paid off (for her and for us)!

We could not have been more pleased with Liz! Relocating from NY to VA was a task, especially during Covid. She spent hours both with us and gathering information for us.
