Renee was so wonderful to work with. We had been in our house 27 years and had never sold one, she walked us through everything and explained how the whole process would work. She was there to answer any phone call or text and always responded within minutes. The best part was because she priced our house appropriately (not over or under market) we were able to sell within a few hours of being on the market and sold for over asking with no conditions!! She did such a wonderful job that our friends who had their house on the market for 5 months with no results ended up signing with her and she sold their house fast also! Renee also sold my parents house 5 years ago and had it sold within 2 days. She is also a wonderful person and easy to work with. Would highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Liz did an amazing job of helping us find our home. She was very understanding and patient and very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking at. Being a military family and not being able to be in the areas to look at homes she was VERY thorough on her walk throughs and video chats. The overall experience was great and would highly recommend Liz and Berkshire Hathaway to friends that may be looking for homes in the the future to sell or purchase.
