Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to handle any type of real estate transaction. She stays on top of everything so there are no unexpected events. She will get you the most for your home and/or the best price on the purchase of a home. She works seamlessly with the other agent, lenders, and title companies. She’s a joy to work with.

Michelle Light was incredibly helpful throughout the process of purchasing our first home. We had many questions and she was always available and willing to answer them for us. Michelle was knowledgeable about every neighborhood that we looked at and would provide ample amounts of information about each one. Michelle really works for her clients best interest and is always right by your side when you need her. I would recommend Michelle Light to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Michelle has been great to work with on the buying side of our new home, and the selling side of our old one. She is professional and knowledgeable about the area she is serving. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor in the Lake Anna area. She has made a customer for life out of me and my wife.

Michelle Light didn't pressure us at all to sale the house. The entire experience was perfect!

We are beyond pleased with how professional and helpful Jordana was for us. We are first time home buyers and truly appreciate her assistance in the process. She answered all the questions we had and was very patient with us, especially considering we were doing everything from overseas! Needless to say we are very satisfied with her services. We highly recommend Jordana!

The most professional and responsive person we ever met, always courteous with continuous update of our property at all times. Best and experience realtor dealing with the military families .... became part of our family.

We can only agree with all previous comments as made by us about Liz Rogers. My family was very impressed with Liz and I'm sure they will use her again if and when the occasion arises

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michelle on the sale of our Lake Anna home. Michelle is kind, extremely knowledgeable about the market and a true professional who is willing to find a way to get deals done. She's as adept at listing high end waterfront homes as she is at bringing qualified buyers to the table. And, rather than take a transactional approach, Michelle focuses on the big picture and cares deeply about the long term relationships she has built with her clients. I highly recommend Michelle.

Could not have sold the house without the help and advice of Jordana Adams. Glad to call her my friend and realator. Glad that Jordana Adams helped me in every way that she could. Thank you.

Liz was phenomenal. I don’t give excellent ratings unless I truly believe it to be justified. This is the third home I bought from Liz within the last 5 years for a reason. Liz is a high-caliber performer. I’m very happy with her performance and professionalism.

This is the third transaction using Michelle. Two purchases and the sale of our last home. If I could describe what it's like dealing with her throughout these processes. She reminds me of a real estate agent with Angel wings! She is a saint and without her knowledge and assistance in not sure this process would have been as smooth. If I could is give her 12 stars.
