"Carin Birt is a realtor that truly invests in her clients needs. She takes the time to understand what you want/need and then helps you find just that! We were able to sell and purchase a new build in a seemless transaction! She's so fun to work with and helped calm my nerves through the journey. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell!!"

It was a pleasure working with Julie on selling my house. She came prepared with appropriate comps for houses similar to mine on our first meeting. She listened to my concerns and questions and provided me with solutions or potential solutions. She kept me informed throughout the whole selling process. Even though it is a sellers' market, she kept me grounded in my expectations. Julie is easy and friendly to talk to. Awesome service. I would recommend her as a real estate agent.

Julie was wonderful with our move! We had to move quickly and were moving from out of town. She was able to find us our dream home in a day and walked us through the whole process of buying new construction. She was very detailed orientated and made sure every aspect of our new home was perfect for us. We can't thank her enough!

Marlea is very professional and knows what she is doing and if she doesn’t know something she will find out for you. Her response time is excellent. She has been very patient with us looking for our dream place over the last 6 years. She was always quick to get us into see places. Also made sure we got everything we needed. She also took care of everything in the sale of our home. She made sure we got the best valve out of our home. Marlea does a great job and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

Julie did an outstanding job in helping us sell our home. Starting with the initial assesment and recomendations on how to prepare the home, Julie provided value in every phase. Julie was able to maximize our sale price by strategically setting the listing price which lead to multiple offers. This allowed us to get the most qualified buyer to the highest price point. From there she negotiated terms that protected our agreed upon price through the post-acceptance process including the inspection and appraisal. She did this while making the entire process incredibly easy for us.

Julie had great patience and took the time to help us find a home in this crazy housing market that fit our needs, including video tours when we couldn’t be there in person. Thanks!
