The sale of this house was a little out of the ordinary. It was my sister's house in Lexington. Sadly, she died of cancer and, as her executor, it was my responsibility to sell her possessions, including the house. The thing is, I live in northern Utah, 1,000s of miles away, so I was going to need a lot of help. I needed someone I could trust, and who would be energetic, competent, and conscientious, and who would communicate frequently and clearly. Luckily for me, I found those traits in Laura Newsome. She got right on it, carefully investigating comparable houses, pricing and marketing. She even worked cooperatively with the people who did the estate sale so that the house was being marketed during the estate sale. The upshot is that there was a solid offer on the house before it was even officially advertised. Laura carefully vetted the potential buyer and there was a contract on the house within a week or two. I'm pleased to report that the closing was last week and we got more for the house than I anticipated. I will end this review by simply saying that I am impressed with the way Laura Newsome handled everything, including me and the buyer and, certainly, with the outcome.

The words to describe my experience do not exist in the English language. I contacted Anne after a less than stellar experience buying my condo and she assuaged my anxiety and made me feel in control of the whole process from start to finish. Every question I had she answered with accuracy and professionalism.
