I live out-of-state. Laura did absolutely everything to help me sell my father's home after he passed away. She had all the experience and knowledge for surrounding properties to help us come up with a fair price that was competitive with other homes being sold in the area. She put me in touch with an estate company to help me clear out belongings and fix small repairs. She put me in touch with cleaners to help get the home in top shape to put on the market. She met people for me on several occasions at the home, for a multitude of reasons, all because I couldn't be there in person.
