It was really a good experience working with Laura. She was recommended and was pleasant and favorable to work with. Even with the difficulties with the Title Company, she remained steadfast in accommodating for the closing. She was proficient in handling the sale from the listing through the closing. As a seller and all the work and issues that have to be handled in a long distant move, She remained calm and efficient. I would strongly recommend her. Thank You Laura for your patience and understanding.

At any point during the purchase process, Amy was there whenever we needed her and always worked very hard to get any issues or concerns addressed promptly. I highly recommend Amy.

It was no problem to him at all to meet a handful of times at the house just take measurements. Walked us through the whole process, very informative!

Doreen was incredibly knowledgeable and kind from the start of our real estate relationship. My house needed some extra staging and Doreen was kind of enough to bring over many of her personal home decor to pretty up my place. I got a great price for my home and a nice friendship developed in the process. Thank you Doreen!

Anne kept me up to date on everything and was always there to answer any questions I may have had. As a retired agent, I can be a bit picky at times. She handled it like a trooper and went above and beyond for me. Thank you Ann, great job!

We just sold an investment property and Laura guided us through this process. With our busy schedules, we couldn’t have done this without Laura. She made sure our renovations made sense paperwork was in order, that we hit all our deadlines, and reminded us of all the details that needed our attention. AND, the house hit the market and within 24 hours we had multiple offers selling the house over asking price. We will use Laura for all our real estate needs!

Selling a home can cause a mix of emotions from stress to worry to sadness to excitement and even a touch of grief. I am so glad I had the experience and understanding of Laura to help guide me through the process. The perfect family bought not just the house, but my home, and Laura was there every step of the way!

I live out-of-state. Laura did absolutely everything to help me sell my father's home after he passed away. She had all the experience and knowledge for surrounding properties to help us come up with a fair price that was competitive with other homes being sold in the area. She put me in touch with an estate company to help me clear out belongings and fix small repairs. She put me in touch with cleaners to help get the home in top shape to put on the market. She met people for me on several occasions at the home, for a multitude of reasons, all because I couldn't be there in person. She certainly went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for in a real estate agent. Not only that but she was so kind, courteous and patient while I navigated the legalities of preparing the home for sale, and offered assistance wherever she could. I would recommend Laura to absolutely everyone!
