Susan and Kimi did a phenomenal in selling the house and keeping us all in the loop as to the weekly occurrences. Since both my sister and I are located in the Midwest they visited with my Mom and provided her with updates. Trying to sell a house from long distance is a very difficult task but they both made it less of a burden with their market expertise, professional approach and excellent communication skills. Relocating from out-of-state was scarey UNTIL my family met Jimmy. From the first phone call, we were at ease. Lena was absolutely fantastic! We were first time homebuyers with lots of questions and "unknowns" about our must-haves and 'wants' in our first home. She helped us figure out what was important to us, and gave great, honest feedback on the houses, neighborhoods, etc. She was extremely flexible with time and driving all over kingdom come to help us find our home. Once we found it, she immediately took care of the paperwork, had all the t's crossed, and explained everything to us so we knew what we were offering and any extra details. She was always available by phone, text, or e-mail and had our backs every step of the way.
