Vicki really worked hard to help me and was very patient and professional. I relocated from another state. She took the time to visit rental properties, taking care to point out every detail! She also connected me with loan company to help me get preapproval. After struggling to find a preexisting home (she helped me view several properties over course of several weeks and even wrote an offer for me though buyer did not accept ), I went route of new construction. She was very supportive of my decision. During final walk through on new construction, she kept my best interest in mind, and again helped point out issues the builder needed to address. Vicki is a wonderful agent, she helped us get the most value for our property. She went above and beyond, even cleaning up after a water leak and taking the towels to her home to wash them. Vicki would sweep the sidewalk, porch and house when needed since we lived out of state. Vicki kept an extra close eye on our property which made us feel she truly cared. Our gent , Lynn Gray, was wonderful to work with. We arrived in the Sarasota/Bradenton area in late June to look for a home assuming it would be easy to find what we wanted. We soon learned that houses were flying off of the market. If it were not for the diligence and hard work of Lynn, I'm sure that we would not have found the great house that we purchased.
