She responded quickly to all e-mails and telephone calls. She always went the extra mile. Here is one example: I was an absentee owner and she volunteered to find and meet a plumber to fix the sink in the kitchen. This was something requested by the buyer. It would have been very difficult for me to make those arrangements from out of town. She also went to the store and made an extra set of keys for us to put in the lock box outside on the door. She kept me up to date on all visits by prospective buyers. She shared with me their comments on what they liked and didn't like. She made suggestions as to what we could do to improve the property and make it more likely to sell. With her help, we were able to sell our property only two months after we listed it.
