Cheri immediately had a list of comparable properties for us to make a decision on a selling price. I liked the way she was always willing to incorporate any stringent (ethical) demands we imposed on the marketing of the property and didn't try to talk us out of them for fear of losing prospective buyers. I especially liked Cheri's soothing way of reminding us of our duties as sellers. And she even represented us at closing when we couldn't be there physically. Cheri was an all around super professional agent!
