Very Positive Experience
Cheri was precisely the person that we needed to facilitate the marketing and sale of Mom's house. She worked with the family keeping us all informed. Starting with the particulars of retaining her services to prepping for the sale and seller/buyer negotiations through the successful completion of the closing signatures. Knowledgable & Efficient
Cheri knows the Sarasota/Bradenton area like the back of hand. She knows the markets well. She is patient, unassuming, accommodating, and fun to home shop with. We were lucky to have her at our side when we were given sales-pitches. She has a good sense as to what to consider when buying a house…this was important to us since we were coming from “up north”. I recommend Cheri for her experience in the market, familiarity of the neighborhoods, honesty, work ethic, and enjoyable personality.

Best Real Estate Agent in the Country!
Cheri is smart as whip when it comes to real estate. She is thoughtful, hardworking and detail oriented.
