As a first time homebuyer in a CRAZY market, Erin was extremely knowledgeable in walking me through each step from submitting offers through closing. Her help each step of the way made my first homebuying experience far less scary. Erin was also extremely supportive in offering words of encouragement during the difficult times. We cannot say enough great things about working with Erin as our buyer's agent! In a market that was downright horrible for buyers, Erin was the best that we could have imagined. She always helped us to understand all of our options when preparing offers (and there were many of them!). Erin was very attentive to the homes we took an interest in and was always happy to answer our questions. She was even able to keep us in good spirits no matter how many "no's" that we received. In this tough of a market, we came to find that it was people and relationships that were often the differentiator in having a competitive or winning offer. To that end, we're so thankful that we had one the best people in our corner throughout our buying experience.

David helped me purchase my very first home (condo) and was extremely helpful in every step of the process. As a first time home buyer I knew absolutely nothing, but he was super informative and answered every question I had no matter what time I had to call him up. He sent me homes tailored EXACTLY to my specific needs and even went as far as to shoot me a text the second something came up on the market he knew I would be interested in. I had been searching for a place for close to 2 years with multiple agents, but David helped me find the perfect place in just a few months. I can't say enough good things about this guy and just how easy the process was. Whether you're buying your first home or 100th, there's absolutely no denying Dave can make the process quick and easy. Highly recommended!

We've purchased two homes and this was our first time selling. We had a great experience with Adam. He knew the market and potential buyer pool well and helped us price the property correctly for a quick sale that met our financial goal (multiple offers and purchase agreement signed in 1 day, sold for above asking price). Adam advertised the property very well, including producing a high quality professional video - an approach I have yet to see any other agent doing in the North Shore region. Adam had good insight and perspective and advise, he responded very quickly at all times, and was always calm - never pressuring or raising alarms - always providing a balanced perspective and leaving final decisions to us. He provided contacts for repairs, attorneys and other services. Adam coordinated viewings of the house (at the time we were renting it so it took extra coordination) and attended inspections etc. as needed. He's very up to date with modern technology, which for the new house buying generation made things very easy, including sending documents via email and electronically signing agreements through secure servers. We knew Adam before working with him so we might have a bit of a more relaxed and friendly working relationship than others, but I'm not one to give recommendations/feedback on line frequently, so taking the time to do so shows that I'd recommend him to friends, family and others.

Adam put a lot of time and effort into helping our family find the right home. He was immediately available to answer any questions or get us into homes which fit our needs. He stays on top of the market and is knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend him to home buyers on the North Shore.
