We've purchased two homes and this was our first time selling. We had a great experience with Adam. He knew the market and potential buyer pool well and helped us price the property correctly for a quick sale that met our financial goal (multiple offers and purchase agreement signed in 1 day, sold for above asking price). Adam advertised the property very well, including producing a high quality professional video - an approach I have yet to see any other agent doing in the North Shore region. Adam had good insight and perspective and advise, he responded very quickly at all times, and was always calm - never pressuring or raising alarms - always providing a balanced perspective and leaving final decisions to us. He provided contacts for repairs, attorneys and other services. Adam coordinated viewings of the house (at the time we were renting it so it took extra coordination) and attended inspections etc. as needed. He's very up to date with modern technology, which for the new house buying generation made things very easy, including sending documents via email and electronically signing agreements through secure servers. We knew Adam before working with him so we might have a bit of a more relaxed and friendly working relationship than others, but I'm not one to give recommendations/feedback on line frequently, so taking the time to do so shows that I'd recommend him to friends, family and others.

Adam put a lot of time and effort into helping our family find the right home. He was immediately available to answer any questions or get us into homes which fit our needs. He stays on top of the market and is knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend him to home buyers on the North Shore.
