We made the best choice using Noah as our realtor. We spent plenty of time looking at houses until we found one we liked. Then while we were in the middle of negotiations my parents house that we were living in burned down and we were homeless with nothing. Thankfully Noah and our loan officer Michael Shadowens did everything in their power to get us into the house asap. Noah even offered to put us up in a hotel at his expense when the sellers refused temporary occupancy for us after having to cancel two signing dates. I never realized a realtor could be so helpful, as well as knowledgable and professional. We used his services after we saw firsthand how good he was when he listed a family member's house for sale and helped them purchase a large piece of property.
