Mr. Noah Falkie never made me feel like I was disturbance, he always had time for my question no matter how big or small, which is just what I needed in a realtor. He understands the complete process of buying and selling homes. He processes questions about Real Estate and returns an answer in a timely manner. Great to work with Noah is professional, kind, and thoughtful.

Noah was very knowledgeable, his communication was excellent, very down to earth and didn't try and push something we really weren't interested in. He gave us plenty of time to inspect each property that we looked at and didn't rush us. He went above and beyond and made sure that things were very smooth during our buying process. Answered the multitude of question that we had and got answers that were needed quickly. Talked me off a ledge several times when the whole process got to be overwhelming. We not only had an amazing realtor, we made a good friend during the craziness of buying a new house. We will differently have Noah as our realtor when our old house goes on the market. Noah Falkie was the most patient and flexible realtor we could have asked for during our long and extended search for houses in Tennessee. He drove more than an hour from his home base to show us houses in southern TN and then back again to Nashville area over several long weekends (we previously lived in FL) to help us find our dream home. He didn’t mind showing us 10 houses a day, 30 total over our long weekends of home searching. He ALWAYS responded quickly to the multiple questions and texts we sent him. Very professional and kind. Noah was extremely responsive, informative, and flexible throughout this process. He went above and beyond from what I'd expect from a realtor to assist me through this process. Outside of flexing to my schedule, he also assisted me (a sole buyer with friend/family assistance) to organize inspectors, comparing rates, and such.

I was linked with Noah from a Redfin listing. When showing me the property he was very professional and allowed me to form my own opinion of the property rather than “sell” the house. We made the best choice using Noah as our realtor. We spent plenty of time looking at houses until we found one we liked. Then while we were in the middle of negotiations my parents house that we were living in burned down and we were homeless with nothing. Thankfully Noah and our loan officer Michael Shadowens did everything in their power to get us into the house asap. Noah even offered to put us up in a hotel at his expense when the sellers refused temporary occupancy for us after having to cancel two signing dates. If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond choose Noah! He is pretty awesome!
