Paul helped us find and negotiate a purchase in Spring Hill. We lived in New Jersey at the time, so it took a lot of time, effort, and patience on his part to work around our travel schedule, and then lead the negotiation with the Seller's agent. We were very happy with his support, guidance, and overall positive attitude! So much so that we have recommended Paul to a few friends considering a similar move to the Nashville area.

We had to relocate to the area from Cleveland, Ohio, so we were literally starting from square one. Paul was very helpful in helping us to narrow down areas that fit our needs and preferences. We ended up building and his advice during that process was of much assistance as well, since it was our first time building. He is also really personable, easy to talk to, and I feel that he has his clients' best interest in mind, and it's not just about the bottom dollar. I would highly recommend him. Thanks, Paul!
