Gina took over managing my property after it was terribly neglected by the previous management company. She immediately got to work assessing the repairs needed to get it back into shape. Gina got several quotes for work needed and kept me in the loop the entire time, as I live in Portland. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and she soon listed the property to sell. Gina helped us find our home in Coos Bay. She was an excellent listener to our needs and very responsive when we couldn't get local realtors to answer phones. She drove from Bandon several times when we needed to see homes and when we were ready to make an offer she was on our side to the end. She is a stickler for details and watches her client's back in home evaluations all the way through escrow. I would love to buy another home so I could work with her again!! If the time comes that we would have to sell we have her number.
