Gina took over managing my property after it was terribly neglected by the previous management company. She immediately got to work assessing the repairs needed to get it back into shape. Gina got several quotes for work needed and kept me in the loop the entire time, as I live in Portland. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and she soon listed the property to sell.
