She is an excellent communicator, through phone calls, emails, and texts. She is an excellent negotiator. Beth and her professional photographer took phenomenal photographs of our home, including fantastic aerial photos. Beth is very detailed-oriented, and she picked up on details that were very important to us. She is very positive, upbeat, and truly a pleasure to work with. Beth is AMAZING!! My husband and I were referred to Beth by our local realtor (we live in Michigan). We were looking for a beach condo and knew what we wanted, but Beth helped us to seal the deal and was just all-around extremely helpful! Her responsiveness is top-notch, something that I take serious note on. She listened and went to bat for us when we hit some roadblocks. We ended up needing some repairs done and since we are not local, she helped set us up with a great contractor and helped get him going to get everything tip-top for when we arrive to enjoy our slice of paradise.
