We're a military family and frequent rental property investors, so I'd venture to say that we've been through this process more than the average seller. I found Beth through a chatgpt search for the most reputable sellers agents for condos in the PCB area. She was at the top of the list, and it's clear why. From our first conversation to our closing and beyond, she's been a phenomenal realtor. She was communicative (even late and night and on vacation), she understood our needs and gave us exactly the right price point for a quick sale, she ushered us through the process, staged and photographed the unit quickly, worked with our property managers to keep stress off us, and even built a headboard. Yep, that's right. She and her son built a headboard for our unit to please the sellers. Bottom line, she offered a level of service that I never would've expected or asked for, but that I was deeply grateful to receive. My only regret is that she was so incredibly effective at her job that we were able to do everything remotely, so I never got to meet her in person. She has a cheerleader for life!!! If you move past this review and contract another agent, I feel sorry for you. She is the best thing going -- the best that I've worked with in 26 years of 12 transactions buying and selling properties. HIRE HER YESTERDAY.
