I’m 71 years old, have owned a real estate brokerage and had numerous personal real estate transactions. Beth Mulvey might be the best agent / person I have ever dealt with. From the beginning she exhibited a high level of market awareness and displayed a keen interest in selling a property that had been in my family for decades. She understands the importance of social media in her marketing as well as the conventional marketing tools. Beth answered every question I threw at her with confidence and integrity, not just telling me what I wanted to hear. Every interaction with Beth was a pleasant one. Beth kept me constantly updated on the progress of our listing and sale, I was never in the dark. To complete our interaction Beth took it upon herself to return cable / internet equipment to the provider after the sale had been completed and her commission paid, as I do not live in the area. If ever asked for a recommendation for real estate representation in the area, it’s obvious Beth Mulvey would be my only choice.

During closing talks, I was overseas on a work trip in Guam. Brianna spear headed conversations and kept closing moving along with builder. Had a wealth of knowledge of local communities and first time buyer concerns. Had local contacts that helped with finding affordable house insurance, along with inspector during final closing of house. Overall, very happy with how proactive Brianna was! Great agent!

We recently purchased a condo in Panama City Beach, and our daughter, who is a real estate agent in Georgia, referred us to Beth Mulvey with Beach House Sales & Development. From the very beginning, Beth made the entire process seamless. Living 6.5 hours away, we were nervous about buying from a distance, but Beth quickly eased those worries. She even went to the condo herself to record a video for us before we ever saw it in person. From the time we put in our offer on July 1st until closing on August 8th, Beth handled every detail with such professionalism, patience, and care. What amazed us most was her dedication during an incredibly difficult personal time. While she was facing her husband’s health battle and the loss of her mother, Beth never let it affect the way she served us. On the day of closing, she couldn’t be there in person due to a medical emergency with her husband, yet she still called to apologize and followed up from the hospital to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after closing, Beth and her husband went out of their way to bring us a thoughtful gift once he was released from the hospital. Her strength, kindness, and commitment are truly remarkable. Beth is not only a wonderful realtor but also an extraordinary person. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and cannot recommend her highly enough.
