Beth is by far the best of the best. I recently sold a townhouse that Beth helped me purchase two years ago. I needed to sell this townhouse within 30 days in order to release the contingency for the purchase of my new build home. Beth fought tooth and nail, reaching out to people, 24/7. There was no challenge too big for Beth during this transaction (and there were LOTS of obstacles). Beth found a cash buyer 3 days before my close on my new home, went back and forth with my lender to rerun things last minute, and I was able to close on both the sell of my townhome and purchase of my new house on the same day- right on time!. There is nobody who would have bent over backwards the way Beth did to ensure these transactions closed. Between communicating with cash buyers, lenders, whoever she needed to on my behalf- Beth did it! Her determination, drive, and passion for what she does is obvious! She will make you feel like you are the only client she’s working with and will do whatever it takes (while simultaneously juggling a million other things). I will forever use Beth for any sale/purchase and would HIGHLY recommend her (if you would like to ensure you get your deals closed- no matter the obstacles)!
