Heather's knowledge and overall demeanor was invaluable during the sale of our home. She was always quick to answer messages, and proactively let us know what we should be doing at each stage. We were SO glad we had her sound advice and guidance during the tricky parts of the process. She went above and beyond and was the perfect advocate for us. Buying and selling are both SO STRESSFUL and in different ways. I've done both with Leslie and her team, and during really different markets. They took care of me and still check in, they made me part of a community, and were SO MUCH MORE than transactional. I still go to them for house and community advice, recommendations, connections and referrals for services and common questions about the bizarre grown up experience of owning a home. Nobody wants to move after the hard work it takes but I would do it every year to work with Leslie!
